Agreement Execution
By accessing AsianDataNexus.digital or utilizing any proprietary analytics solutions provided herein, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Asian Data Nexus ("the Company"). These terms apply to all visitors, enterprise clients, and data partners who interact with our network.
We provide high-performance data nexus infrastructure designed for the Vietnam market. If you represent a corporate entity, you confirm you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these protocols. Continued use of our environment constitutes unqualified acceptance of any updates published to this page.
Service Scope & Deployment
Asian Data Nexus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate specific modules within our data nexus systems to maintain peak operational stability or comply with evolving digital transformation standards in Vietnam.
- System Integrity: We do not guarantee 100% uptime for public-facing components, though enterprise-level Nexus Standard agreements include specific localized SLAs.
- Updates: Solutions are delivered "as-available," and functional parity may vary based on regional infrastructure constraints.
Intellectual Property
All code, visualization logic, algorithms, and interface designs part of our analytics solutions remain the exclusive property of Asian Data Nexus. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view the website content for informational purposes only.
- Reverse engineering our nexus logic.
- Scraping data for third-party AI training.
- Unauthorized redistribution of report templates.
- Mirroring the site on external domains.
Digital Conduct Code
Users must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our network or breach many security or authentication measures. Any attempt to inject malicious packets or interfere with service delivery to other users will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal referral to Vietnamese authorities.
System resources must only be used for legitimate business intelligence tasks.
Users may not impersonate Asian Data Nexus staff or misrepresent affiliations.
No automated traffic that degrades system throughput or performance.
Disclaimers & Liability
The information provided by our data nexus systems is for general guidance. While we strive for accuracy, Asian Data Nexus does not warrant that our analytics solutions are free from errors or omissions.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our digital transformation tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hanoi.
